Editing Functions - Keyboard Equivalents

The additional editing functions provided by the keypad also happen to be available via combination key presses on the keyboard. This works because the combination key presses result in key codes that match the new key codes generated by the keypad. On the original Spectrum these key codes have no meaning.

The first column shows the new keypad editing function and is followed by the keyboard key press combination required to access it. Note that the Extend Mode key and the Graph key need only be pressed momentarily to change the current mode where as the Symbol Shift key must be held down whilst the final key is pressed.
